Enterprise Car & Van Hire - St Helens

St Helens branch staff are very friendly and supportive. They explain fully the requirements for hiring a car, the cars provided are spotless and checked before leaving the car park.

Callie was extremely helpful and just very friendly as well. She helped us get a new vehicle when we our son, who is 6 foot 7, did not fit in the back seat very well. She also was very attentive when we got a flat tire during our rental when we were in another state. Overall our service was excellent and we will be going back again when we need another rental.

Hired a car via my work recently. Delivery of the car was delayed a few hours due to staff shortages, however unfortunately the car which was provided developed a fault shortly after it being driven the following day, phoned enterprise and spoke to Anna. She advised me to come down and they will be able to swap the car. Upon arrival to the hire centre 30mins after phoning, I was dealt by Anna who apologised about the issues and got me quickly swapped over to a higher spec car that I was originally provided which was a bonus. Very smooth handover from Anna and the team.Both of the cars provided were very clean inside. Collection process was very easy and collected swiftly after the off hire was submitted.

Very poorBooked and paid for a van £55, didn't once mention a deposit. Got there had to wait 45mins for the van as it wasn't ready. Then after signing told I would need pay £200 deposit, which I didn't have. Was asked if I had a phone call before coming to collect, as it would have been explained then. But no call was made as when booking online it bypasses the courtesy call. Don't recommend and will never use

On the rare occasion that I need a hire car I always come here as the staff are always helpful, the cars are current and always immaculate. Never had a problem.

Amazing customer service!Thank you to the assistant manager and Emanuel (hope I spelt that write)I searched for a few days for the best price to hire a van and in the end give up trying to beat enterprises prices.I didn't hold out alot of hope for a decent van at the price to be honist, I expected somthing to go wrong as the closest competitors had atleast 50£ more on the price plus things like milage costs (around 35p per mile) which is somthing I wouldnt want to worrie about..The van was larger than I requested for the same price, the excess cover is cheap enough that it still cost me less than going elsewhere while covering my backside and more importantly my wallet!..I could genuinly go on about the positives, no b.s when talking the van back, they never inspected it with a magnifier, above all else, they seem like really decent people that want to help and they do!I will 100% be going back when I need a van or mabe even a nice car for the weekend.

My partner had a hire car from Enterprise for 4 weeks whilst her car was being inspected by an insurance company. Overall a pleasant experience. These guys answer the phone promptly, deal with questions and are very effective in dealing with members of the public. The guy who dropped my Mrs back home this morning was Northern Irish but my Mrs can't remember his name. Overall my Mrs is very happy with her experience of dealing with Enterprise.

I've hired from enterprise 2 times now and had no issues and the vans are spotless clean inside and out.. the vehicles are no more than 2 years old. Miles per gallon is fantastic, well over 50 miles. The staff are super friendly polite and professional, theirs plenty of other companies out there, but from my experience ENTERPRISE is the best, so if you want reliability and value then enterprise it, you won't be disappointed.
