Very poor the so called 24 hour switchboard doesn't seem to work on Sunday so I tried calling Monday at 07.00, 08.00, 08.30 and then received a call from them at 09.20 ish by someone who does a very good job of sounding like he's half asleep and then wakes up miraculously when it's mentioned the job was done some months ago so is it covered by their 12 month guarantee and says they are SO busy he can't send anyone Monday and doubtful for Tuesday.I left my request on voice mail Sunday also by email Sunday and no reply to after 09.00 Monday.I arranged for another plumber who I was very happy with.These people were good first time I used them and useless the second time I tried.

These guys did a good job changing my tap and sink. They helped me return a sink to screw-fix. For a lot of jobs (as with all plumbers) they’ll charge on the first call out where they estimate the job.As a customer It’s important to get an idea on time estimate for the job as you’re charged hourly. And I’d recommend you get the plumbers opinion on the best fittings for your house, as I did have to return my initial order.

I had a leaking washing machine and piping from under the sink.An engineer called Mo came who did a fantastic job, he fixed the leak on the first day however unfortunately the washing machine began to leak after he left (not his fault). He visited again the following day ensuring the job was done.He was very knowledgeable, helpful and an overall really nice guy.He made sure everything was working before he left. I was only charged for the 1st days call out aswell.I would be happy to recommend if you want an honest, reliable plumber. I will definitely use this company again in the future should the need arise.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Eastend plumbers for fixing my leaking pipe. They were here in a half hour and they fixed the problem within a few minutes. I am happy with the work they did, their customer service was excellent, and their price was very good too. I have no hesitation in recommending them!
