Wow!!! When your filled with sadness and desperation and need some help. I called the Red Cross and they put a smile on my face where there once was a sadness.Yes, it was for a wheelchair I got it the next day. Hats off to you staff all over the world

Absolutely dreadful communications.Been trying to drop off a filled collected tin (EST £25-30+) for several months (on n off for last 6 + years).Volunteer girls are lovely n courteous.However when it comes down to keeping a promise (appointment) arranged 48hrs before and verbally acknowledged over the phone to meet up so that I can drop off a filled charity tin, it's #utter incompetence.Spoke with a manager from other store who denied any knowledge.Would it hurt to even #apologise on behalf of the very inept charity?N.b. I've just journeyed around 8-10 miles to meet their staff (asst manager) ,which pulled another no show after previous attempts they had agreed to come n collect the tin (time off work waiting for them), always no word n no show.Last time will ever raise money for this organisation.No responsibility to fundraisers whatsoever, from my experience.
