I had a very kind and professional experience at John Michael. After having some highlights done at the salon, I thought they weren't 100% the colour I was after. I was hesitant to go back in and speak with them about it, but I needn't have been! Holly spoke to me at reception and she was very professional and polite listening to my concerns. Dan even kept the salon open late to get the highlights looking exactly how I wanted them. Really fantastic service and excellent management x!

This was the first time I had been to John Michael and I had lowlights put into my hair and a cut and blow dry. Tabby was my hairdresser and she was absolutely brilliant. She had spent time making sure I was happy with the colour she was going to use and had done the skin test the week before. The cut was first class. I have found my new hairdresser !

Sophie did an amazing job. She is a new stylist to me.She really took the time to listen and check what I wanted all the way through the hair cut. Eloise was also lovely providing me with a towel and a cup of tea when I came in dripping wet from the rain!Dan sorted out a problem from my daughters previous haircut. I was very impressed with the trouble he took.I highly recommend the salon.

Went here to do my brave the shave for Macmillan. The team were so supportive! They offered to donate my hair to the Little Princess Charity on my behalf. It was a wonderful experience. Would recommend them 100% and when my hair is a little longer I shall be booking in!

Can’t recommend this friendly salon highly enough. Dan has been cutting and colouring my hair for 18 months now and he always does a fantastic job! He’s very talented and has great expertise with razor cutting which he uses as well as scissors to create texture to my thick hair. Not many places offer this. I always leave feeling a million dollars! Thank you!

Dan has cut my hair several times now and he always comes up with a new idea (I never know what I want done). He takes into consideration the lack of effort I will put in and comes up with a style that suits my hair and is zero maintenance. I am always pleased with my hair when I leave. So glad to have found such a great hairdresser.
