Just Perfect Property Maintenance

I love my new bathroom! A wonderful job thanks to two delightful brothers who went over and above to make sure I was more than happy with the works done.

I just had my bathroom renovated with Just Perfect withing the last month and I'm incredibly happy with how it looks. I'm definitely contracting future property maintenance jobs to this company! The customer service was excellent and the process was stress free from start to finish. A special thank you to Joe and Paulo for all their hard work!

Repaired and replaced our rainwater goods. Good communication from start to finish. Arrived punctually, very courteous, worked very hard. Cleaned and tidied up when job done and took away old gutters and wood. Kept working through the bad weather. Can highly recommend this Company.

I would highly recommend using just perfect from start to finish they were great.We had new bathroom flooring and a new en-suite. They were very responsive and even came out on the same day to price the work and we received a quote within a few days.The plumbers we had turned up on time were very considerate and were very communicative. We had a items that turned up damaged but they dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and nothing was to much of a hassle. The quality of the work was very high and we are thrilled with the work we have had done we will certainly be using them again for further projects!

I have only good things to say about this company. So nice to deal with. Very professional and they did an excellent job for my elderly father replacing the loose mortar beneath the roof edge. Arrived on time, excellent job, courteous staff, cleared away. Great job and thank you so much. Susan

Just Perfect did a garage conversion for us, transforming our double garage into a living room and storeroom, and we were delighted with the result. Joe and his team were responsible for the whole project, coming up with helpful suggestions and advice along the way. They live up to their name, take great pride in their work, and no detail is overlooked. And all this at a competitive price. They are also lovely people, and totally trustworthy. Highly recommended!

We used Just Perfect to redecorate our entire first floor comprising of plastering, painting & decorating, wooden flooring & doors across 3 bedrooms, plus our downstairs cloakroom & fencing. Highly recommend the outstanding craftsmanship always done with a friendly, approachable & polite demeanor. 5 star service from start to finish!

I can highly recommend Just Perfect, they have been, well, Perfect start to finish!We had a quote for new bathroom flooring, plus a new en-suite fitted. They were always very responsive, and even came out on the same day to give us a quote for the work.They turned up on time, and were considerate in our house, E.g. I work from home, and they kindly never played loud music. If ever we had an issue, like with an item turning up damage, or we had an issue with a leak one evening whilst the work was going on, they dealt with everything quickly and professionally.The work was of very high quality, and we had completely confidence in them. Would be more than happy to use Just Perfect again in future.

Work still being completed but had to review half way through.If you do not use these guys then you have made a poor choice, everyday on time, everyday, clean professional and respectful, everyday they do what they say.The work is to the highest standards.At one point work had to be done on radiators, unfortunately the valves had not been moved in years so when they were loosened they leaked, these guys all came out in the evening, not satisfied with just doing a safe isolation they drained down, changed the valves tested.They did this because they knew I had a heart condition and needed the heat.I have never seen customer service like this.Oh and the standard of work is out of this world.Jo and family I will only ever use you.Thanks so much.
