Beautiful worktop. Excellent quality and fantastic service. I went out to the workshop where Jamal was super helpful, and then I worked with him on a quote by email using our kitchen plans until we got to a place we were all happy with. Once our kitchen units was up, I was given an appointment for the worktop to be templated - it was an unusual shape as the window piece was deeper, but that posed no problems. The worktop was fitted by appointment 4 days later and they did a great job. It's perfect. Even better than expected. Cannot recommend Palazzo enough.

Got the best price with this guy's, they even managed to get it templated and installed same day. The quality is spot one. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend!

We have had a kitchen refurb, and like most projects, costs were spiralling. It looked like we might have to downgrade the worktops, even with the deal our kitchen company offered. I found Palazzo just on a Google search, and went over to see them on a Saturday. Now, do not be put off by their offices which are on a small industrial estate. Go in and see them, and you will see that they know what they are talking about. We had seen a quartz we liked at another company, and Palazzo knew which one it was and were able to supply it, but for about two thirds of the price we had been quoted previously! They said that, once the kitchen was fitted, they could template, supply and fit inside a week. We were a bit doubtful to be honest, but they were as good as their word, templating on a Tuesday and fitting on the Friday. The fitters were friendly, fast and tidy, and the end result is absolutely lovely. I cannot recommend Palazzo highly enough. ( The pictures do not really do the worktops justice as the kitchen building is not yet finished, but believe me, they are stunning).

An honest review.Competitively priced and very quick turnaround.For such a prominent feature in our new home, we were disappointed with the craftsmanship / fitting.The drainage grooves are unevenly routed and the silicone was roughly applied around the sink which I had to rectify myself before it dried.A corner of the worktop was not finished at 90 degrees.There is a vein which unfortunately looks more like a stain compared with the rest of the worktop which we would have liked to know about before the sink hole was cut, and we would have rotated so that it was placed at the back end of the kitchen (we understand that these veins are somewhat organic in nature it's just the first thing you see when you enter the kitchen).Communication was good throughout but felt very much like a business transaction rather than someone bringing a finishing touch into your home, which has ultimately fallen a little short.

Quick, professional service! If you are looking for a quartz, granite or marble worktop then look no further. From choosing to fitting it was less than one week, fitters arrived on time, were professional and very prompt and polite. The worktop looks lovely and we are really pleased with it and with the price paid. We would recommended anytime. Thanks Palazzo Stone!

Excellent service from start to finish, cannot be faulted.When we visited, we were met by Jamal who who supplied all the information we needed and more besides.The templates were completed as arranged was the installation.All the measurements were totally accurate no amendments were necessary and the installation was completely very satisfactorily.The price was very competitive and we would certainly recommend Palazzo worktops without question.Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service from Jamal and his Team. I tried 3 other local Company’s and Jamal came up with the best quote.We had Template done at 09:30 and 3 tops fitted at 13:00 the same day.Over the moon with the results.Would 100% Recommend.

Palazzo Stone was absolutely great start to finish. On Tuesday the kitchen was fitted, on Wednesday Palazzo Stone came to template and on Friday thr worktop and the splashback were installed. Simply can't get any better service anywhere else.They did an incredible job of matching the veins of the worktop with splashback and worktop with window ceil. The veins flowed fron the worktop into the splashback. No veins ended abruptly on the cuts. It did make a large difference. Installation was very professional. There was an issue with the sink cutout which Modi handle very well.Highly recommended.

Excellent choice of Worktops, you won't find a better price anywhere else. Would 100% use again. Jamal (amazing) came to measure, and worktops were beautifully fitted just 2 days later. We've received so many compliments already, fitting done quickly and to a high standard.
