I travel from near Falmouth to go to Carolyn’s class in Plymouth because she is such a great teacher. She has a real talent for making up routines, which encourages us all to enjoy the exercises.

FLexercise - Exercise and dance classes
The classes are the perfect combination of exercise and dance giving a feeling of wellbeing and fitness. Meeting friends both old and new makes each class special.Carolyn is an expert in her field, therefore, all can be assured that perfect posture is encouraged, in each move, which she sets to very enjoyablemusic. The class will give you more energy, and is good fun.Everyone thanks her for being here in Plymouth.
