Sally Williams Counselling

Sally is a very skilled and compassionate counsellor. Not only is she full of compassion, kindness and patience, but she really helps to hold the space for you to explore challenging experiences and emotions, supporting you to navigate your way through them in a way that feels safe and not overwhelming. The sessions are very tailored and Sally used an array of tools with me to help me to connect with different experiences and feelings. I have made significant changes as a result of the counselling and feel much more connected in my relationships and my sense of self. I can't thank Sally enough for all of her support and would highly recommend her.

I saw Sally every week for just over 6 months. I was apprehensive at first to seek help and wasn't sure that therapy was going to be for me, but from my first session Sally made me feel at ease and understood. I quickly felt like I could trust her and she was very empathetic towards me. It has been a relief to unburden myself of some long standing issues. I feel like I now have a much better understanding of myself and my relationships with others have improved. She has given me the ability to move forward with my life!!

In Autumn 2021, I had a mental burnout. I had not experienced a burnout before and it took a massive effect on my mental health. I reached out to Sally and began weekly therapy in December 2021 until July 2022.I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Sally’s tips, knowledge and support she has provided to me over the past 7 months, I would not be where I am mentally today without her. I was unsure if therapy would impact me positively, and over the course of weekly sessions that uncertainty has gone as I have seen the progress within myself and the positive changes it has made to my mental health.Therapy is an important and intimate time between you and someone else, and I trusted Sally immediately. She is approachable, kind, empathetic, most of all a beacon of knowledge, and what I call “tips and tricks”.I would not hesitate at any point in my life to reach out to Sally again for therapy, guidance and knowledge. I can confidently say I am so happy I took the initial step to go to therapy and would recommend Sally to anyone!
