Tom came as promised and on time. Carried out an annual service on my boiler. Explained what he had done and showed me photographs from the service. Very nice polite chap and I won't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to my friends and family! - Thanks Tom (at last a gas engineer that comes when he says and does what's required)

Gave Tom a call after another company let me down. Came on time and got my gas up and running in no time. Checked everything and went through some key points. Will be calling again next year for my service.

We had a real issue with a continually filling cistern quite late in the day. Tom talked me through how to stop it and came the next day, as promised, to sort it. Absolutely delighted with his work and the cost. Would thoroughly recommend.

Can't recommend Tom highly enough - did a great job replacing our old heating system with an unvented smart system at short notice. Phenomenal install, great workmanship, clean, coordinated, with clear communication, and completed on time and on budget. Very patient with us throughout the process and worked all hours to get heating back into the house freezing in the process himself. Thanks Tom!
