Been looking for a good Pilates teacher and attended for the first time, the teacher Michelle was fantastic and I left feeling uplifted. She led everyone through the exercises with various levels and individual instructions to help everyone. A very welcoming and friendly place. Can't wait for my next class

My first time practicing yoga properly so we went into it feeling unsure but the instructor was very accommodating and made us feel incredible welcome, the inside is lovely and you instantly feel calm and relaxed. There are classes for all levels, I rang beforehand and explained my position and the lady I spoke to was very helpful in helping me decide which class to take.

Claire's classes are always great. Really welcoming and friendly group of people. I always leave feeling amazing.

Attended Tai Chi class on Monday afternoon, made to feel very welcome and the Tai Chi instructor Angela is lovely. Lovely studio space too, would happily recommend.
