Great local shop. Not too expensive. The owner always willing to help the local community.

Avoid at all costs the attitude you get here just isn't worth it.

My favorite premier store. I’ve been coming to this shop since I was a young child and have been served by the current owner for the last few years. Such a kind man, always more than happy to help, and super pleasant to deal with.

Does not deserve a 1 star after my visit today. I called to collect my parcel and the owner was extremely rude!!! Firstly he would not hand the parcel over even though I could see it right behind him. He stated that he will not hold parcels more than 3kg in future. He pointed at other parcels of same size and said “I know these names, I hold them, but this one,” pointing at mine, “I don’t know name, so I not hold it.” When I challenged this and said “when I purchased my item online, this was my only option for receiving the item therefore I think you should be sorting this issue out with the companies and not having a go at your customers.” He replied with “My shop. My rules.” He did not hand the box over politely, thankfully it was not a fragile item. I am extremely disappointed as I live around the corner from this shop, I often take my son there for treats, now I will avoid this shop and visit the coop instead.

Rude gentleman running the store, accepts collect + deliveries then complains when you call to collect them. If he has not got the facility to take delivery and hold until they are collected don’t offer the service! (I collected the same day) Don’t complain to the public when collecting their parcels he gets paid for his service even if it is pence. Mutters to himself then can’t make eye contact if you question his issue with you collecting your parcel. I won’t have anything delivered here again.

Everytime I fome to the shop it's not open at 12pm till 13 pm sort it out your losing customers and money you have wasted my lunch time 3 times
