My experience with Rachel’s acupuncture is 7 stars never mind 5!!Her approach is very professional and no matter how anxious you may be you’ll soon be completely at ease.

I have been having sessions with Rachel since October last year and this has been the most effective treatment for my PMDD and pain management in years. I have been able to reduce my pain relief and have seen a significant improvement in my symptoms. Each appointment is always an enjoyable, relaxing experience and I highly recommend both acupuncture and Rachel.

I first visited Rachael about 2 month ago. I tried everything to get rid of shoulder & neck pain & nothing worked. I wish I had found Racheal before I did, as the therapy has worked, I can now move normal without pain. Rachael went through a detail of my history as to what therapy would work best & had a marking system, which we completed on every visit as this shows the areas to work on. Rachael also explained the steps while going through therapy, and advised where necessary. I found Rachael very friendly, easy to talk to and her room is very private, clean and relaxing.I recommend Racheal & give 5*.I am moving to Scotland & I will miss our wee chats.
