The staff are amazing, although I am going there for my shopping since 2 years, when I went to this place like 10 minutes ago, I had a baby with me in the stroller, the lady who's name is Olivia she told me to leave the baby with me I'll look after the baby and you do your shopping". To be honest nobody would help that much as she did. I really appreciate that she helped me a lot. I'll always recommend people to come down here for your shopping and you will get any help you want for your shopping. Thank you Olivia ❤️"

Having moved from london to Solihull I need a hairdressing wholesalers local to the area , I have been a hairdresser for nearly 40 years I shop in sally in london where I have a trade card , I am now working in the celebrity and fashion industry and have some big name clients , and a web site to back it up ! I wanted to purchase some hair colour product and was willing to prove to Aston and fincher I was a professional, with all this information, despite trying to prove this to the company they told me they would not sell to me unless I had public liability insurance?? I have never been asked for this in my life ! I complained to head office who kind of said they might sell me 2 tubes of tint today ? But in future I would have to get insurance (really ) I can understand the public being refused products but I found having the Spanish Inquisition laid in front of me a bit insulting , especially by people who know far less about the hairdressing industry than I do !My advice is PLEASE DO NOT SHOP THEREThere is know law in this country that backs up there policy you do not have to have a license to be a hairdresser! If things go wrong in the salon the salon is responsible! Not the wholesalers who sold them the product !!!again DONT SHOP THERE

It’s absolutely one of worst store ever see.I gave order online more than 10days ago still I waiting to send me when I called to customer service to explain the problem she was very rude to me and when I asked to speak with your manager she said manager will say same thing as I said it’s not personal customer service.

Worst wholesalers ever only use this company if in dyer need even then still question yourself.Beauty side of stock is absolutely poor never have what i need in stock and staff always use the 'the warehouse burnt down' excuse. All staff are rude and managers are unhelpful. I also enquired about 200 hand towels which no body bothered to get back to me about. The list goes on i now use salon services or beauty express

We came all the way from Bradford to purchase 4 of Dainty chairs and some other barber equipment and we arrived just before 5pm and we did call the branch two times and informed them that we are on the way and we will arrive just before the closing time because we were stuck in traffic and they said if you arrive before 5pm you will be fine to do your shopping. We arrived there at 4:50pm and straight away we received the worst welcome ever. The first words were “are you aware that we are closing in 10 minutes?”. We had to explain ourselves that we rang twice to let them know that we are on the way and we will be late and we got the answer that is fine. Then we went upstairs to try the chair, sit on it, check if we like it and the lady was acting really weird and we felt like she thinks that we are going to break the chair or take the chair with us.. she informed us that the person responsible for furnitures probably went home even though we spoke with him on the phone and he knew that we are coming. After all, we are not going to purchase anything from your company.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Sorted me out with an account there & then while I was looking around. Shelves well stocked with supplies. Will definitely be returning. Thank you guys ♥️

Unfortunately I feel it necessary to post a comment regarding some products purchased from Aston and fincher. Over the last year or so iv purchased a number of products from @triumphanddisaster from AandF and here lies the issue, all of said products were sold to me at full price, (other than the Coltrain Clay, I later found this had been sold at a discounted rate) I was informed by one of our clients that the said product was out of date. Of course I -“argued impossible as the products were recently purchased”, but in fact they were out of date. After taking the remaining products back I was offered a refund but I can’t help feel that it’s not good enough as we have brought and sold allot of these products not knowing they are out of date (there was no reason to believe they where as I brought the keratin tonic and the fibre at the full price and all products were located on the men’s hair product isle not from the discount isle)I just feel lied to by @astonandfincher and now I’m left to pick up the peace’s with our clients. What a shame. I would advice any one to skip these guys out and buy direct from the manufacturer that’s what we will be doing in the future.Edit:Aston and fincher did contact me today (16.08.2021) a man by the name of Richard fincher. It seemed as if he was doubting the validity of my review as he put in his words “you haven’t purchased many” regardless the amount purchased the products were still sold Out Of Date. It sounded like rather than helping resolve the issue and valuing a costumer that’s been shopping with them for years he just wanted the review gone. My hope was that this review would reach the right person in the company and help the resolve what I would consider a organising issue and may be offer there apologies but to no avail. If I was offered a sort of apology instead of mild accusation of what I don’t know, I would have removed the review as I don’t want to tarnish an business that is trying to improve. We all make mistakes even larger companies and there’s nothing wrong with that but it’s how you deal with those mistakes.

Well I had quite bad experience today by visiting the place for the second time, so I’ve purchased a trimming machine previously and at the time of the shopping I’ve been advised that it is a great product and it is a number one choice for the barbers, after just a single time working with the mentioned tool, found out how treble product it is, so I have to close down my work place and stop my business to go back there, where I have received a very cold attitude, and the managers and the worker didn’t care at all, no body could answer my question that why at first you advertised a lot about the product and now you are irresponsible. Actually one the managers was quite rude towards me and was talking with bad tune with me. So I haven been left alone in that big shop and also I had to pay 1 day of being out of business from my own pocket
