First time here and experience was great! Nails have last over 2.5 weeks and still going strong!

Very expensive for a manicure that wasn’t amazing. Happy to pay when the job is great but my cuticles weren’t cut well and the nail polish didn’t reach the end of my nails/cuticle area. Had to get them taken off at another place a week later cause my nails grow quickly - which I flagged and is why I wish the nail polish had reached my cuticle. The only saving grace was that the person who did my nails was wonderful. So lovely- easy to chat to and made a great drink!

Had a great gel hunky dory manicure at London Grace last week. My nails look great, really good colour selection to choose from, excellent customer service and lovely glass a chilled Prosecco. Such a relaxing experience after a stressful week. Much needed and well worth the money.

Really not happy with my experience at London Grace in Putney.The whole time we were getting nails manager would tell technicians to rush as they have next customers coming.My pedicure feel like wasn’t complete as still had dirt on sides of nails.. ( also didn’t know pedicure was dry and only nails were done until I came there, feel like description of treatments should be better on the website)Same goes for the manicure the gel looks great but for some reason nothing around nails was cleaned, apparently different treatment had to be booked to clean that. It’s very confusing when usual nail places would have everything done under 1 treatment name - manicure.If I could I would have left asap but I had no where else to go and had to do nails for my wedding.Won’t be returning. As much as staff was friendly in their communication and manners I still found them a bit rude.

Wonderful experience! Thank you so much to the lovely Silvia for my beautiful mani pedi. The salon is bright, cheerful and very comfortable. As I went for my appointment at 9am I was offered a complimentary coffee to enjoy whilst my toes were being done (they run a special offer of complimentary coffees before 10am) Silvia was super helpful with my colour choices. The whole team were polite and always smiling. I highly recommend London Grace! I’ll be back x

The service was pricey but as I wanted non toxic I accepted this was the price they charge. She sprayed my hands with alcohol which I didn’t like as the whole point of coming to a non toxic place is to avoid chemicals so I thought this was a bit odd. After 3 days my nails started bubbling & one nail fell off & another chipped. See pictures attached. Won’t come back - going to try some other non toxic salons in london instead.

I booked a manicure for my girlfriend and she said every file they used on her was dirty and worn out. She noticed that instead of throwing out the files they put them back in the pot to reuse. Services are way too overpriced for a place as dirty as this. My girlfriend will never return.

I went in for a last minute manicure and gel removal and the experience was uncomfortable to say the least. Helene who did my manicure was rude, unwelcoming and generally seemed like she didn't want to be there. She took 1 hour to take off my nails and broke one of them. When I mentioned she had chipped one of my nails, she replied yeah" and carried on. I asked why it had taken so long and she said they use a natural process to remove gel

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent visit to LG Putney. The color of my nails didn't match what was displayed, and I mentioned this concern to the manicurist while she was working on my nails yesterday. She assured me that the color would be correct once it dried, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I returned to the salon today, and the manager got into a heated argument with me. She claimed that the nail displays had been exposed to sunlight, making them inaccurate representations of the manicure colors. I pointed out that I had been a loyal customer at LG Putney for years and had never encountered this problem before. I even recalled a previous manager addressing a similar issue by repainting the nail displays to ensure accuracy because colors can fade over time.I suggested that the current manager take the same proactive approach to prevent this issue from happening to other customers, but she continued to argue that nothing could be done. Therefore, I feel compelled to warn others that the nail polish color labeled as TAINTED LOVE" (misspelled as TINDER LOVE on one of the displays) on the display nails at LG Putney is not actually purple but rather burgundy.
