Bought a Bmw from North Star. Driving home I discovered a problem with second gear. Took it back and spoke to Katie, who got a technician to test it. Absolutely superb after care, which resulted in new clutch and gearbox. Brilliant company.

Recently purchased a Volkswagen Transporter from North Star Sussex and the service was outstanding!! They went above and beyond to make sure the van was in excellent condition and even fitted a new clutch whilst preparing the van for me without me even asking. This is the best experience I have had at a dealership and genuinely felt like the sales executive (Allan) had my best interests at heart, he was very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with everything. Would highly recommend North Star for anyone looking for a new motor.

North Star garages provides a fantastic service for used cars. No hassle, very professional and a good selection of used cars. From the moment i entered the forecourt i was assisted by Ollie who was on hand to answer any questions i had but left me alone to browse when i needed space to think. Found a fantastic Audi A1, fair price and in great condition. Offered a fair price on a part exchange for my car.The process of buying and part exchanging was seamless from start to finish. Ollie is a great salesman and very professional. I can't think of a single criticism. I came down with my daughter to look at an Audi A1 and we were both impressed with Olly the salesman. He didn’t put any pressure on us to buy the car, which was pleasing, but he supplied all the information we needed. We bought the car and on collection were greeted with an immaculately cleaned car, serviced and mot’d. Read the negative reviews first and ask yourself is it really worth the risk! You could be one of us and lose money and end up having a pile of scrap on wheels! They don't care about people! They are only nice until they got your money then when you get problems as you will, then you are on your own! Warranty means absolutely nothing to this company! You been warned! Mots are dodgy their own mechanics" are useless. And Katie is so rude. Please read all the other negative reviews because they are there for a reason. It's alot of money in the bin otherwise!"

Absolute gem of a dealership, slightly off the beaten track north or Brighton this place has a great variety of quality used vans and cars, very competitively priced and very well selected to sell. The sales team can not do enough to make you feel at ease and do a great job showing and informing you of anything and everything you will need to know. They were as kind to organise for me to look round half a dozen vans in one visit and it didn't take long for me to feel comfortable with there service and put a deposit down. As promised they gave me a week wait as they wanted me to drive away in a freshly prepared vehicle with a service years mot and top valet. Also I took them up on a extended warranty for £299 to cover me for a year or 12k miles. I dealt with two people there one chap on my first visit who took me out for a test drive and I think the manager Katie whos was very professional in organising everything to me specific requirements. Can not recommend this place enough an easy 10/10. Will definitely be back there in the future.
