DO NOT USE CLICK AND COLLECTI ordered some products online to click and collect, online the stock levels were showing “17 in stock” and it would allow me to order 6. Payment made and order confirmed.4.5 hours later, I haven’t received a notification to collect so I called the store.I was notified that they don’t have any in stock.At no point between ordering and calling them 4.5 hours later did someone take ownership and call to tell me what was happening.Instead I get told “yeah it’s out of stock and we will cancel your order”That’s fine but now I have to wait for 3 days for the money to hit my account (maybe longer due to a weekend inbetween) when they take payment instantly.It’s totally wrong for a large company like this to take money and not be able to fulfill the order.I wonder how many more people this has happened to?It’s totally amateur and the lack of ownership and understanding at the Preston store isn’t acceptable.

Products and range great.UPDATE 24.10.23First class customer service received on worktop replacement after a number of months.Thanks TEAM Preston the Manager and Kim Balch the ace Kitchen Designer for sorting it out. This is why Wickes are our main suppliers for refurbishment supplies.

New Kitchen 2023 - Couldn't have done it without Kimberley Balch our amazing designer from Wickes Preston, and the dream team fitters Ray and Frank!).We had support from the very beginning, during the installation and afterwards.The design was amazing and fitted to the absolute millimetre for which Frank and Ray were extremely grateful as made installation true to the original design - a truly amazing team!!They all went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble.Can't thank them all enough.Karl and Julie, Clitheroe

Cannot believe how disgusting the customer wc is. You have all the equipment to replace wc etc. Still a good cleaner would help.

We recently purchased a kitchen from Wickes and Kim Balch helped us with a fantastic design.Kim’s knowledge, attention to detail and customer service has been excellent. We needed to amend our delivery date due to our build and Kim arranged everything for us and has assisted with any queries we have had or changes. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and want to thank Kim for all her help!

I have purchased a new bathroom from wicked in Preston which was designed by Kim Baluch and she has been absolutely great any problems where sorted with in seconds and absolutely lovely lady. Will be purchasing a kitchen with wickes soon and have Kimberly design it. Thankyou kim

We purchased our new kitchen from Wickes which they have now fitted. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding.Kimberley from the design team coordinated the project and her knowledge and efforts were very much appreciated.Kimberley took great care to make this as easy as possible for us throughout the process and she was wonderful to deal with, a credit to the Company.Carl and Adam undertook the fitting and there workrate was outstanding and they were a pleasure to have around the house and respected our home.Thank you to the whole team and a lovely new kitchen.Stephen & Susan.

I ordered my kitchen from Wickes Showroom Design team. The designer, Kim, was very helpful. Not rushing and listening to all my requirements. Changed some aspect of the kitchen also after the order and before the fitting. All no problem.. Even though the fitter's costs were expensive a very good job was done by Matthew. Really pleased.
