Can't comment on the build quality. But I gave 2* because as an individual who does not live in Perth but would like to. When my wife and I came across the development we called at the sales office for information and were greeted by 'sorry you need to make an appointment 'I ask myself why, when we are at the stage we are with covid and people who are at a greater risk are still working and having to mix with people, are property sales staff reluctant to be helpful and obliging?Sorry Springfield we won't be back there are other developers in Perth.

The area and housing are still under construction so some roads are not fully finished. although some roads have signs in place not every address is mapped for satnav/Google etc.

Lovely houses but a bit over priced. Could be a really nice village when it's done but houses will be very close together overlooking a high school and commercial premises. Not sure why you would build £320k houses blocked in by flats, shops and a huge industrial building.

The houses and flats are well designed and comfortable. Access to Perth and Almondbank is easy and inexpensive by bus.Recommended.
