Awful service from a supposed professional, one star is too many but Google will not allow zero.Needing some advice from a Scottish solicitor Bruce came high on the page so contacted them. Gave all details and waited. Posted and emailed letters which he requested, post was lost and emails never read. When I asked reception for an update she sounded embarrassed about the lack of communication from Mr Bruce and could only confirm she had passed emails on.One conversation with Mr Bruce ended with him saying he would deal with it when he gets round to it, this never happened and the court date was getting close.With only days to go until a court date and attempting to ask Mr Bruce questions about progress he could only reply by saying he has millions of things to do and ended up losing his temper and putting the phone down on me.I have been left without representation 4 working days before I am due in court in Scotland when I reside in England and cannot contact English solicitors.Mr Bruce cannot communicate via email and struggles to receive post, his telephone skills leave a lot to be desired also and I find it incredible how the business is going.I will be representing myself due to him not paying any attention to my case and will be contacting SLCC about his attitude, behaviour and skills as a lawyer.Do not use this business if you want to be defended, I have been let down and put in a difficult position because of his unprofessionalism and hope my complaint does not fall on deaf ears like my emails to their email address.M

Bunch of fraudsters obtained legal fees with out my permission further action in place courts taking action will see who is at fault now.
