Brilliant experience from beginning to end! The staff in store were really knowledgable, helpful and patient when we were struggling to make our minds up and had to delay. We were able to get a sample of the binding we were considering for our stair runner and this really helped us make up our mind. Our fitter Alan was really friendly and did a great job fitting our stair runner and carpet across our landing and two bedrooms. Great price and high quality service and product - would 100% recommend!!

Lovely team who were so patient when we were choosing carpets and really happy to advise. Organised things so well so we could get new carpets when we moved house sorted in timely fashion around Christmas time too. Unfortunately fitters let us all down a bit, but on hearing this Floor Store got their most experienced fitter to come in to address the issues and we are now much happier with our new investment. Thanks for sorting. We will definitely use Floor Store and Mark again.

Brilliant experience from Mike and the team. Service was very attentive and helpful, even when we were being indecisive with our choices! Fitting and finish was excellent and price very competitive. Would definitely recommend.

The team always go out of their way to help as much as they can, even allowing us to take the carpet samples home, just to check on colour schemes etc.The carpet fitters have always, been very polite, friendly and most importantly done a very professional job.We will always go back to Floor Store because, of the great friendly service they have always provided.We would certainly recommend Floor Store for good quality carpets etc and a good price.

I bought from these in good faith based on a recommendation by a friend. Sadly I just accepted the prices given and had the carpet and underlay fitted. My naivety just accepted the online reviews and my friends recommendation, however on checking their recommended carpet and underlay online, it would seem they've charged over the average price for both underlay and carpet. The underlay was over £2 a square meter cheaper with other carpet shops (plus it compresses to virtually nothing and is disappointing), and the carpet itself is over £3 a square meter cheaper with other carpet shops.It's my own fault for not price checking elsewhere first, but I trusted the sales lady to have given me a decent price rather than one over and above others prices. I was wrong. This has cost me over £65.The rest of my house is to be carpeted and I'll be going elsewhere as I can't afford to waste this kind of money. Shame really as their fitters are excellent. Fast, efficient, professional and helpful.
