Absolutely superb!! Excellent, professional and friendly service from start to finish. The booking process was simple and straightforward. Jess was brilliant with the kitties and provided knowledgeable and sound advice. It was so reassuring and hassle-free that the kitties (and me!) didn’t have to go through the stress of the dreaded cat carrier, drive to the vets and then having to endure the waiting room of various animals in an unnerving, unfamiliar environment. They were made to feel at ease and didn’t mind their check up, weigh in and vaccinations one little bit. I really can’t praise The Visiting Vet Co highly enough. I’ve tried so many high street vets over the years and now wouldn’t consider any other alternative again. Thank you so much!!

I can't recommend Jess more highly. What a comfort it was to have my precious, almost 17 year old cat Bota treated at home, without the stress of having to put her into a carry box and make a journey in the car - which she hated! All the treatment carried out was done entirely with only Bota's best interests at heart, and without any unnecessary, costly suggestions, which I have experienced with larger vet practices in the past. Ever so sadly, Bota was put to sleep, but she went to sleep, in her favourite place - resting over my shoulder in the garden in the sun. Jess's understanding and empathy for my sadness meant the world to me. Thank you so much.

Jess came to me on a Saturday morning, at very short notice in response to a desperate email.I will be forever grateful that she supported me through my beloved BT Hattie gaining her angels wings, in a place she knew, surrounded by love, peacefully in the sunshine.I now have solace spending time in Hattie's spot, and where Hattie left this world there now sits a beautiful camellia, surrounded by an arch of yellow flowers.Thankyou so much Jess for making Hattie's parting bearable and being there when I needed you.I cannot recommend Jess enough.

We are so glad we found Jess her service is excellent. She spent 30 minutes assessing my dog and then the next day I was surprised to have a full assessment of her findings emailed to me.The best thing is my dog was totally at ease with being visited in the home rather than having to take him to the vets which he has never been too keen on.If you are in her area give her a try you won't be disappointed.

Jess has been amazing with end of life care for our beloved dog Alfie. She suggested some medications our previous vet hadn’t, as she knew we wanted to try everything we could before taking the hard decision to put him to sleep. Seeing her compassion and obvious knowledge around Alfie’s problems made me wish we had switched to her years ago. Unfortunately due to his age and his quality of life we eventually had Alfie PTS, but it was done at home and it was so peaceful, I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience of such a sad day. Jess was fantastic in all aspects of his care, going forward I would never return to our previous vets and would recommend her to everyone.

Tremendously helpful when pup fell sick on a visit to Leeds. Came to the hotel the next morning. Good communication (including out of hours) to get the visit set up. Courteous and kind. Also - a great idea. Hopefully we will never need to use Jess and her colleagues again, but if we do need a vet visit, she gets the call first.

When the time came, we always wanted our boy Basil to peacefully pass at home, surrounded by nothing but love and family. Jess was amazing to come at short notice. She facilitated Basil to pass in the garden, in the sun, and surrounded by everything he loved. She genuinely cares, not just for the animal but us grieving as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I will be forever grateful that we found Jess. Once we had come to terms with the fact that our beloved 17 year old cat Frank had to be put to sleep, Jess was able to visit our home quickly and made what could have been an awful experience, calm and peaceful. He was able to pass away gently in his home without the stress of travel to our vets. Jess was kind, understanding and communicative throughout the booking and her time with us.
