This is how they serve milk here. Not a Starbucks standard only in this place. Starbucks management should take a look on this location as it is downgrading the reputation of Starbucks. It's disappointing to see how a great Starbucks being downgraded by these inefficient, rude, non ethical behavior of workers...

I’m so sorry I can’t remember the names of the people that served me I think one of them was tessa but they were the loveliest people and chatted to me whilst they made my drink. I ordered something they had never made before and they were excited to try it out and see what happened when I asked for it to be blended honestly the best experience in a Starbucks yet :)

Starbucks in newmarket, has wonder woman working there! An incredible hard working lady running the show by herself in a busy branch! I ordered 2 different types of coffee. I expected either the service or the quality of the product to be compromised. To my surprise both were outstanding. Please give this super hero a pay rise...please deserves it!

We went here to have coffee and cake. Unfortunately there were NO gluten free cakes or biscuits so we just had coffee and went elsewhere for cake. Rather disappointing to feel I'm not really welcome as I have a severe allergy.

Sweet workers really nice place but they never have cold brew and when asked if it’s only certain days they do it, the response was no they just don’t ever brew it. How disappointing.

Staff are super friendly, informative & the restaurant was spotlessly clean. The frappes & coffee we got are some of the best we have had from Starbucks. This is a little hidden gem just off the A1 north bound.

I love this location. I am visiting from out of town and was exhausted looking for a place to do my school work and actual online job, while having good food and drinks. The staff was very welcoming and my time was very well spent. I have been visiting each day ever since arriving in the UK
