Kudos Mohamed Elbaraka, excellent customer service. Mo spent lots of time ensuring all our requirements were catered for. Mo suggested a number of creative ideas that we included in the final design. I would recommend using Mo to purchase your next Kicthen.

Benchmarx was spot on with service, timing and customer service. MO (Mohammad) was one of the best sales people / designers I have dealt with. He knows his products well, listened to what we wanted and worked through several variations to give us the kitchen we were looking for. Amazing Service.

Service from Carla, Craig, Mo and Arthuro has been outstanding. From offering advice and delivery they were very helpful. Nothing was too much for them. As a result, I have a beautiful kitchen and flooring! A big thank you for your work and efforts!

Above and beyond - thank youHad a bit of a rush to replace a staff kitchen area before reopening. JDN Carpentry & Joinery (Joe) sorted it all with Gary at Benchmarx, Gary sourced bits from other branches and managed to collate it and have it delivered to site the next morning. THANK YOU

Great kitchens and joinery products. Friendly staff. Really competitive pricing too!I was a howdens man before my designer moved over..... I now sing benchmarx praises I didn't realise how much they can do for me.From a builders point of view they are tied with travis perking so building materials can be provided.From the public point of view there is no trade account needed and they also do finance like wrens!!If you are looking for a kitchen or just want to compare price to a design from a competitor please go in or call your local branch!!Benchmarx have really opened my eyes as to what is out there!!Thanks guys!!!

Went to this store yesterday 14/10/19. Was quite forcefully told the store is trade only which I am. Only wanted a gloss white base unit end panel. Not the most demanding request. I've fitted 7 gloss white kitchens this year, all sourced from Howdens. Was told they could get it in next day. If that's classed as trade speed I give up. Ended up driving to Howdens Thorpe who stock most base parts and indeed had this item in stock as they are a trade outfit. Will never bother with this store ever again.

I went in to the Staines store just looking at worktops, quite late in the day too and the guys in there could not have been more helpful and welcoming! Even though I hadn't purchased the kitchen here Mo worked from my plan, offered great advice and guidance, did not try to 'sell' to me but was totally professional and knew his trade! All of the other people I spoke to in there were equally as helpful. I ordered from them the next day and have just taken delivery. Really pleased with the assistance and seamless order process. I would definitely recommend.. Thank you.
