Rung up to place order for collection. Firstly they guy could not understand what I want to order..... donner bun with chips and cheese. Then I asked how much it would be and was told £8! OMG!! So I looked up the prices online and it was £3.80 for donner bun and £2.50 for chips and cheese. That is £6.30 not £8! Trying to over charge! Nice try!!

Hate doing bad reviews but I just cant rate this food at all...had the chicken kebab there more red cabbage than anything else and the chicken was just grilled and completely bland no taste what so ever. My kids had the chicken burgers and they were better but very thin on the crisy coating.

Ordered last night and told it would be 30-45 mins. ( which is fine) after hour and half rang to see where it was, they said sorry give us 10 mins. After another 30 mins we rang again bearing in mind we only Ordered 2 items) the man who answered the phone was disgusting, rude and shouted at us, said he was busy too. Why did he not say that when we Ordered. Absolutely shocking customer service.When the food arrived after 2 hours it was actually good and we can't complain about that. But 2 hours for a pizza and chicken burger is ridiculous and to be shouted at like that. Safe to say we won't be ordering again.

Wish I could give a better rating, the staff are so friendly no matter what time you order, food never takes long to arrive and the food taste amazing as well. Again, wish I could give a higher rating, this is the best place in town!

Tried here for the first time yesterday. Didn’t look like much when I walked in but honestly the best quality chicken kebab I have ever had from a takeaway! And the complementary garlic bread wasn’t full of grease - it was lovely! Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Friendly staff too

I rang up to ask for a home delivery, seven pizza’s and a chicken kebab. Two of my family are vegetarian so the pizza’s we ordered for them were marguerite’s. They sent two meat pizza’s instead. I rang straight away to let them know that they had made a mistake but the man who took our order insisted we had ordered meat pizza’s. I told him I had the piece of paper in front of me that I quoted the order from & seven witnesses who were listening to me make the call.He wouldn’t back down & got very agitated saying he was busy, even so I remained calm & polite. I asked him if he could send the correct pizza’s & collect the wrong one’s but he put the phone down on me. The cost of the order was £60! We rang Valentino’s and they delivered two marguerita’s 30 minutes later.

Awful.Waited over an hour when originally told 30 minutes. Wish I hadn't bothered. Truly awful food. Bought in pizza bases with no taste, a piece of cardboard would have tasted better. The garlic bread with cheese was pitiful and had zero flavour, that along with what should have been spicy 9 pizzas had no taste at all.Never again! Don't waste your time or money."

Lied twice to my face about the chilli sauce .. in the shop !! Face to face! @@Not got time for patronising liars .... wasn't good at all and I've been here many times but that will be a last ...horrible chilli sauce out the tube not the pan!!

We ordered to collect and despite some awkward requirements everything was checked and exactly as required. The food was juicy, fresh and tasty. We'll be back!
