Almost exactly the same experience as the previous review. I waited 2 months and after several phone calls was told they were to busy . I am surprised that any business can afford to turn away what was probably a £50,000 job. In some respects I'm glad they didn't quote based on my experience I dread to think what they would be like if they got the job. Wouldn't trust them.

Time wasters. After calling initially, Nick came round and seemed very professional and told me he would send a quote/plan for a porch - i never received it. Numerous calls later and weeks later, granted it was to Nicks father, and I received nothing, I requested they call me to check the email address, I said many times if they are too busy or were not interested I the job to let me know, but insist they would re-send the quote. Nothing. Waste of time.
