Very responsive and reliable, take the time and care to make sure the job is done well.

Can't recommend them enough they help people who are struggling to get up and down stairs by designing adaptation to existing houses i.e single story extensions they help people live a normal life

The plumber who came to repair our boiler leak came for a whie, went to do a few more jobs and get a part for it, came back, fitted the part, leaking more than it was now, damaged/broke off a plastic pipe coming out of the wall, needs some washers, left us with no heating and hot water, will come back in the morning, we are pensioners with disabilities and bad health, wonder if he is even qualified or knows what he is even doing. Would give less stars, but it's not Care and Repair's fault, so the stars are for them, not him.

For private work, they take the stress and worry away from the client by Project Managing the job, using contractors qualified and skilled in what they do. They are police checked and DBS checked. Care and Repair look at each case holistically and will go the extra mile when need be. If they are unable to help a customer, they will signpost them to the relevant agency. An excellent business doing excellent work for the people of Leeds! Keep up the good work!!
