Rang the company about a k7 karcher repair; this seemed to offend the individual on the phone. Good tone and decorum go along way, was lacking on this call unfortunately.Asked about any alternative places to fix it, I wasn’t given any. And the respondent sneered and sniggered through out the call.

This chap is a great repair engineer. He has helped me repair my dishwasher twice now and repaired it himself twice, his prices are fair and if he can walk you through repairing it he can and will. This saves you the cost of a call out and gets it working quicker!I will continue to go back to him to repair my devices and will be dropping something in to the shop for him for Christmas! Can't praise him enough!!!!A++++++ repair service and have no issue telling my friends if they need his service!!!Great guy THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Emailed with issue with Oven, called back and pretty much gathered all requirements. Arranged a time to come over and fixed really quickly. 10/10 would recommend!

Friendly guy and lady. Charged me £65 to fix Dyson vac (engine had gone). It's good as new now and when I got it home I noticed he had cleaned it all up and replaced another broken part, which he didn't need to. A nice touch. Recommended.

Experienced and pleasant engineer. Went in with no clue what was wrong with my old Miele vacuum cleaner. Gentleman was so patient. He knowledgeably explained to me how to get a bit more life out of it. No pushy sales pitch, no nonsense and I bought some replacement vacuum bags as the ones I got online were splitting. These work much better. Only cash accepted as the operating cost of a card machine would run this fellow into the ground. Wonderful and delightful, the kind of small business we Brits need to champion. Well done!
