Would highly recommend this letting agency for students, rented with them for my third year and everything was super easy with them. The house was clean and in really good condition when we moved in and Stone House sorted any maintenance issues out really quick. Everyone at the office is really helpful and our deposits were returned to us within days of moving out at the end of June. Would massively recommend them to any students or professionals looking for houses!

We worked with Jemma who was very supportive, especially as I fell ill during the process and needed a few days to recover and continue the paperwork. We rented with Stone House properties for the last year and we are extremely happy with their responsiveness, and caring attitude towards myself and other two tenant's. As three young professionals we have loved our time in our home in Leeds, and we’re allowed to make it feel like a home rather than a typical student let. We would highly recommend renting through Stone House to others looking for a reliable estate agent. Due to future career / travel plans we are no longer staying in Leeds with Stone House, but if our situation was different we would definitely be staying here. Leeds will always be home and it’s been a pleasure and a joy to live happily, and stress free through Stone House.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Stonehouse, specifically with Ben Jacobs. I was really struggling to find a suitable flat to rent given that I was looking for a single-bed flat that allows pets within the budget of a student. Naturally, this criteria was very hard to meet, which made the whole process rather daunting.I’ve rented with Stonehouse before with some old roommates, however this is my first time renting alone. I am so glad I reached out to this agency this year.Ben has consistently gone above and beyond to clarify details, connect me to my landlord and finalise my move. 4 months of continuous house hunting could not resolve what Ben managed to do over the course of two weeks.Ben is very personable, helpful and empathetic. I can now look forward to resuming my studies in no small part due to my experience with Stonehouse.

Overall it's been a good experience for me and family. There's been impressive responses from Stonehouse properties on occasions when repairs or maintenance were needed at the property:)

Interacted with Stonehouse for a year. Initially cooperative during move-in, helping with some requests. However, numerous issues, like mold, were raised post-move, yet no action was taken despite multiple follow-ups. Often had to directly engage with the landlord, who invaded privacy and avoided addressing flat issues. While not solely blaming Stonehouse, their association with such landlords is questionable.I do believe Stonehouss should have taken responsibility, which they didn’t. Therefore I will rate them 1/5
