This was a fourteen week rebuild and side extension based in Swanage, Dorset.From the initial quote through to the end of the project Karl, Morgan and their team were prompt, efficient, professional with excellent communications.We used the architect and structural engineers that they suggested who were also very good.Karl was on site every day and was very good at coming up with solutions as well as organising his team who were always hard working and courteous. Would recommend Lindemann Construction without any hesitation.

Karl & the Lindemann team completed a full bathroom refit for us, which included bricking up and replacing an existing window and replacing flooring across a cloakroom & landing. They completed the job to a very high standard and were meticulous in their attention to detail, as well as customer care, from start to finish. We found the communication of Morgan and Karl to be outstanding throughout, as was their reliability and punctuality. Their initial quote was accurate, with no surprises, and they were willing to adapt to changes to brief along the way. We look forward to having them back!
