I would post a photo but my door would have needed to arrive for that. We have been waiting over 10 weeks on a door that we were told had a 5 week lead time. Terrible communication, blaming machinery issues and accepting no responsibility for the delays and of course no compensation. Our local fitter has disclosed that another door order that was placed with Force8 after ours has arrived but alas ours is still nowhere to be seen.Will report back if the door ever arrives, thus far I would rate 0/5 if possible.

I bought 3 exterior doors from Force 8. I shopped around and Force 8 worked with me to get me what I needed within budget. I went to the Hazel Grove branch, they showed me round the factory, helped me find what I needed and negotiated a price I was happy with. Fitting was timely. Two of the 3 doors were perfect one needed a slight tweak which was done speedily. A genuine company, very happy to recommend - I will be returning in the future.

I struggled for months to find an arched composite door and through Force 8 I found exactly what I wanted, the door is stunning & great quality, I’ve had so many lovely compliments! We had a seamless service from start to finish from a great Team. I decided to upgrade my lock and handle too using the new high security electronic Touchkey solution and I’m so glad I did!

We've had a contemporary composite door fitted and are extremely pleased with it. The quality of the door and hardware is exceptional and we have had lots of comments on how lovely it looks.The fitters were very professional, they cleared the area after fitting and wiped everything down, including parts of the frame already fitted. We have previously had windows installed by this company and have not had any problems at all.We would not hesitate to recommend Force 8 to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

Force 8 recently made and fitted us a new door, the customer service was excellent, the door quality is amazing and it looks better than I could have imagined. The fitters were lovely and very quick. The whole process was quick, easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Witnessed a member of staff being extremely racist toward a member of the public whilst he was stood outside of a primary school, he was using racist names and even told the man to go home on his banana boat! Disgusting behavior while representing your company

Awful customer service. We first noticed that one of the glass panes had damage on it and they said they would speak to the supplier but no glass has been delivered and its been nearly 2 months. Then once the units were installed and the protective film removed we found the poor workmanship which can be seen in the photos. We contacted them but they refused to accept any responsibility and said that because it wasn't reported in 48 hours they had no interest. We asked to speak to a manager but they weren't available and they haven't been available on the 3 times we have called and not one response to any of our emails. This is clearly poor workmanship in the manufacturing and needs to be replaced. We have spent over £2000 on the front door and this is not acceptable!

Bought my house windows and composite door from here and they was made to a very high standard and look incredibly smart once fitted. Since then I have bought other windows from them for family,friends and would recommend to others.Lots of styles of composite doors to choose from so spoilt for choice. 5stars

Just had a new front door fitted by Force 8, looks fantastic! Faultless work, very professional from start to finish, fitted by John and Ste.

I ordered a door and a few windows for my first home. I also asked them whether they could deliver them by the time I was handled the keys. It turned out that they delivered and installed them tht day after so I could start decorating my house over the weekend. Good service, good quality and excellent finishing; only minor painting was needed. I would strongly recommend this company.
