Coming from an Aussie who is extremely particular when it comes to coffee - this place is very, very good. Coffee that is thoroughly up-to-par with anywhere in Sydney and Melbourne. If you’re in Stirling and need that morning fix - definitely come here!

Discovering Unorthodox Roasters just over a year ago was a stroke of luck for my wife and me. The lattes served here are truly amazing; each cup exudes richness, creaminess, and perfect balance—never failing to impress. Additionally, their toasted sandwiches are definitely a must-try. The comfortable setting and the warm, welcoming nature of the staff make it an ideal spot to pause and rejuvenate when exploring Stirling. For anyone passionate about lattes or seeking delicious sandwich options, Unorthodox Roasters comes highly recommended!

Me and my husband made a stop here after our visit to Stirling’s castle. Such a great little coffee shop, it also has a secret garden at the back and it’s definitely worth finding a table to sit there! The atmosphere is really nice and customer service is friendly and professional. The flat whites that we ordered were top quality, great crema and nice grounded espresso beans. It’s a must visit for a coffee and we will, without any second thoughts, visit it again on our next trip to Stirling!

Mocha, chocolate croissant, and polenta pistachio pastry. All delicious! Need to come back and try some of their lunch options. Plenty of coffee options plus local beans for takeaway. Awesome little shop in the heart of Stirling.

An expanded space and garden gives a much more relaxed feel. Unusual offerings like the tasty onion bhaji toastie, and more than just a salad garnish with raspberries through it. And a lovely raspberry tart to finish. The coffee is nice and smooth, roasted at their sister cafe in Kinross. Worth dodging the roadworks to get there!
