They're a third party company that puts you in touch with other solicitors. There's no point in using them as the price is different from quoted and the solicitors they use take months to complete if they manage to complete the work that is.I've been trying complete the purchase of a property for the last 6 months and still nowhere near completion.

They are just a middleman. They farm the conveyancing out to various solicitors around the country. After 2 weeks the first one did not want to do it and it got passed to another. Next time I will find a decent solicitor and deal with them direct.

Worst company I have ever used in 20 years of buying and selling properties. Unprofessional staff, lack of response or responsibility when things go wrong. Management fail to even acknowledge errors and worst of all, do anything about it. Unfortunately, we did not know at the time but this company has a terrible reputation and should be avoided.

Not a great experience, has to literally push hard to make this happen, and when we did move we found 2 floors flooded and the team couldnt care a less, but correct way to report was through my solicitior. Not all charges (Searches) are quoted for.

Terrible company with same terrible legal advisors operating comvarious companies (e.g.JMR Solicitors).They will be very nice trying to get the business, once that is secured, you will have the hell of your time.They do not answer their phone unless you select new quote or following-up on a quote, or return calls.when they pick the call up and says someone will call you back please note its a lie.For 2 weeks now still waiting for my compliants and a request for the fees charged.Please stay away, unless you want to waste money and develop all sort of sickness working with them.Terrible Terrible network of companies

I have been very impressed working with Home Legal Direct. They provided exactly the right level of reassurance I needed in order to complete my sale, explaining the process clearly and concisely along the way.The team are super friendly and alway on hand to help, they also chased up my solicitors for answers when my assigned solicitor was off sick which was most appreciated.I really think the service is value for money and I would have no qualms using them again vs a local solicitor.

Dreadful operation.Placed my work with another dreadful operation JMR Solicitors. Shocking service and rarely pick up the phone. Response to emails is all fluff and no real help.Use a local firm and cut out these cowboys. There were useless.This is a genuine post from a real client"."

Fake Reviews!! Don't ever use this company, they pass you off to awful solicitors who then up the costs with loads of ''Extras'' that apparently are not covered by your cheap price you got. When I asked for my money back they refused and spouted their 14 day policy not actually interested in resolving my issues. It's all about the money and your better off paying more to use someone local.

Pls avoid this firm. You will lose your money going with them. If like me you research the firm they recommend to you and do not not see any bad review still stay away. Avoid at all cost. Your deposit is at risk, it is a sophisticated scam.
