Swift Appliances attended to repair a fridge freezer Friday 10th Aug 2018. I need to receive an engineer report but they just will not answer the phone or send confirmation of the fault. Are they still in business?

Nearly impossible getting an appointment. They are supposed to call you a day in advance to let you know what time the engineer is going to arrive, no call whatsoever. This company shouldn't even exist. They actually call themselves a company providing such rubbish service...

I would not recommend anyone to use this company. They will only take a job once you pay £75 non-refundable fee up front. I gave them every piece of information for my oven repair - make, model, reference numbers etc. They sent an engineer" out 10 days later who said it needs a new control panel and element. He left saying they would call me back with a price.The following morning they rang to say that parts were no longer available for my 6 year old oven. I cannot understand why

Absolutely rubbish, 4 engineer visits, twice with wrong parts and still waiting for a 4 month old microwave to be repaired! Very unhelpful service department with the girls answering the phone sounding uninterested, bored and with a couldn't care less attitude.

Appalling customer service.Engineer call out booked, and the standard morning off work to be there fir the unspecified arrival time, no confirmation call as previously stated when booking the engineer visit, followed by a no show.Further calls to the company produced a new date, a 3r slot was booked, and again no engineer has arrived. After calling at 5pm, the automated phone system tells you the office is now closed. Helpfully it then tells you the office closes at 5:30pm, which is still half an hour away.What a joke
