I highly recommend Mobility Scooter Blackpool Ltd. From the first point of contact to delivery was first class. I telephoned late Monday afternoon and the wheelchair was delivered by 11.00am following morning.The staff are the most pleasant, helpful and happiest I have ever come across. Customer Service expectations definately were exceeded. Take a bow guys as you helped make what could have been a difficult 4 days painless. Thank you

Brilliant service from Blackpool mobility scooters! Booked wheelchair hire for the weekend, arranged for hotel delivery no problem. Found out late evening night prior to arrival our hotel had been double booked so our booking had been cancelled! Rang first thing on our arrival date in a panic to explain we’d moved hotel. Even though chair had already been delivered staff were great and reassuring and advised that wheelchair would be picked up and then delivered to our new hotel promptly. That to me is fantastic customer service! Brilliant! Thanks guys!

Absolutely brilliant service. Dropped off at the hotel within 20 minutes of arrival. It was my first time needing one and was nervous about it all. The team at the hire place were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anybody needing to hire a scooter for whatever reason and enjoy the whole process.

After traveling 2 hours to Blackpool we hired a scooter for the mother in law, after researching where to rent one from before arriving.The arrival was fine and delivered to our location, the problems then started when the scooter dropped its battery % when it had not gone far.We made it to the lights and it unfortunately ran out of charge, it was past 5pm and they was closed, on the automated voice recording it gives an emergancy number which was the wrong number, as stated on their Facebook page (that they apparently don't have)After having to drop the family off home, and come back for the scooter in the car we managed to charge it over night.Once again didn't hold the charge.We took it back to the shop and was met by a very rude and condescending 'owner'Who called us a lier and told us we had driven the scooter 5miles, even after proving the mileage off google maps.Proved we had telephoned AND EMAILED, to which we was called liers again because he hadn't revived any emails or phone calls, after proving the sent email and phone calls from the logs he still wasn't satisfied. With all due respect if there was a problem you should have called us" with such an attitude.The email address is on their website as confirmed by a member of staff

My sister and I hired scooters on 4th June. We were able to attend the showroom and pick our scooters. They were delivered to the Cliffs Hotel early Mon 5th June. My sister was unhappy with the speed on her scooter. We rang and it was swapped out within half an hour. And Speedy Gonzalez was happy with her new scooter. Everyone was very helpful and friendly . We will be hiring again. Thank you Aly and Judith xx

These people hired me a manual wheelchair for 3 days. They delivered it promptly to my hotel and were very easy to get in touch with and very friendly when organising things. Its so nice when you can speak to someone on the phone. Thank you so much for being there!!

I want this fantastic company recognised for the brilliant, friendly service they provide.I visited Blackpool Zoo with my special needs sister and elderly mother.I contacted Mobility Scooter Hire Blackpool about renting a scooter for a single day for my mum.The process was quick, simple and arranged in one phone call. The price was so cheap too.They dropped the scooter off at the zoo for when we arrived.Fully charged, good quality solid machine.Mum used it all day and the battery never dropped from fully charged.At the end of the day we rang them and back they came in 15 minutes to collect the scooter and return our deposit.Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them for single days out in Blackpool or longer stays.

**AVOID**AVOID**AVOID**Went to see the lights for my nephews birthday and needed a scooter for my mother. Delivery and price was great.But when we travelled with the scooter to meet at the tower (just over 2 miles) the battery was on 1 and flashing, at this point it was just gone 5pm, we called the shop phone in hope that someone was still there but we was too late. After many attempts to contact the after-hours number on the voicemail, we had a text saying wrong number. 100% the correct number as confirmed by the owner Bob.Along with an email to the address on the Web page.Rather than leave the scooter on the front for anyone to take I had to stuff it in my car witch caused damage to my car to do the company a favour to not have any damage to the scooter. Fully charged again overnight to return the next day. Tried calling the shop at 9:30 to see if they could pick it up as we didn't think it would make it only to be greeted by the closed message again.Managed to make it to the shop to be greeted by Bob. He then continued to call us liers and argue with us about the attempts to contact them after we showed him the proof on our phones. He gave us the £50 deposit back for returning the scooter, but we wanted the other £50 back as we have had little to no use and inconvenience from the scooter.He refused to do this. I then refused to leave the store until some sort of agreement was sorted. He told me to feel free and take a seat while pointing at the floor. He then went into the office and slammed the door, leaving me alone on the shop floor. To my surprise, instead of getting this sorted, I saw him leave via the side entrance and leave in a van. I then knocked on the office door and was finally able to have an adult convosation about the situation without being shouted at.In the convosation, we confirmed the number we called again, and the email on their page is incorrect and has never been used. We also managed to get a full refund of the rental amount (£50) after much deliberation and the staff having to override Bob. This scooter ruined our short break, £170 in train tickets for the rest of my family and over £200 for a house down the pan as my mother couldn't get around without the scooter aswel as 5 disappointed children. I own my own small business and wouldn't dream of talking to my customers like he did to us, including my elderly mother. And to top it off while all this was happening this morning, someone had taken and returned a scooter for the SAME problem! Won't be using or recommending again.They did offer to replace the scooter for today, but we were going home due to one of the most stressful holidays we have had all because of this company.

Excellent service , me and my sister rented scooters when we decided to have a weekend in Blackpool.The team went above and beyond to meet our needs , when we decided last minute to change plans they couldn't of been more helpful.Will definitely be using again when I visit Blackpool. Many thanks for making my break 10 times more enjoyable.
