Terrible aftercare. They gave me incorrect information about what was included in the package I ordered, but then wouldn't take a return and told me I would need to pay extra for the part missing that I was missold. I took 3 days of me phoning to speak to the manager who then didn't call me back and instead it was a staff member who couldn't do anything.

Love carriages! Purchased our pram, cot and bedding from here. Couldn’t fault any of the staff, so friendly and helpful! ☺️ would highly recommend to friends and family x

Excellent Service. I had concerns with a Car Seat and Isofix Base after having a safety check done by a Specialist, even when the Manufacture/Rep had advised it was safe to use and compatible with my car. With my due date fast approaching, they provided great service and allowed me to return the base and seat and credit towards a suitable Seat and Base. I was able to collect one on the day and not have to wait for an order.

If we could give 1000 stars we would! The ladies in this shop have been absolutely amazing! We first went in just to have a look and to order online however everyone was so incredibly helpful we ended up walking away with a travel system and car seat that we bought in store! Nothing was ever too much to ask and we had a lady called Crystal who has helped us since the beginning who was utterly amazing!!! and today we picked up our new pram and couldn’t recommend this store anymore if we tried! We can’t wait to pop back in once our little girl arrives so she can meet all the ladies and we can get any other bits and bobs we need!!! Thank you so so much, we are so grateful for the help we received and can’t get over how easy it was to get our dream pram and all the accessories we wanted!!
