Excellent service from all at the Killay branch. Simon and his staff were hugely proactive and positive. They kept things moving along, were helpful and reassuring and formed a vital communication bridge between buyers, sellers and their legal advisers.

Recently completed on the sale of our property with the Killay Branch. Have to say from start to finish Simon and the Team were fantastic. Great communication, responsive to queries and a particular mention for Sian who was the voice of reason and reassurance in what is always a very stressful time. Not impressed with the teams compitence ,we were repeatedly given incorrect information and arrangements were not adhered to.Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with the level of service I received the only reason I gave one star is because Simon is fantastic, very friendly and attentive.The issues I experienced:- the estate agent who came out to the viewing did not introduce herself, told me no information about the property, did not ask me why I was moving/looking for, or the amount I had/would want to spend.- I put in an offer but heard nothing back, I had to chase back at the end of the day to find out it was declined so not sure why I was not told sooner. I increased my offer and again it took all day to get a response. The following day I decided to increase it and hope the vendor would meet me in the middle to what they were looking for and if they didn't I would have met them at the price they wanted. I got told to wait and see how the other viewings would go today, I then got outbid and lost the property. The estate agent didn't even tell me the figure I had to beat I just had to assume a lot higher" was over what I was willing to pay. I don't know anyone who has taken over an hour to negotiate on price
