Just bought my fifth laptop from Disking. The leader for this task, Suzanne, could not have been more patient or helpful as I dilly-dallied between this, that and something else in a relentless search for the perfect keyboard as I have to write a lot of stuff. Suzanne and her colleagues never wavered in the hunt for this Holy Grail and eventually she found it and I bought it. Seamless and reassuring. As ever, Disking did the business. You get what you pay for and with Suzanne and her pals you get a bit more as well. Thanks...X

The power supply on our work computer died on a Friday night and we were desperately trying to find someone who stocked one and could fit it ASAP. Called in at the shop first thing on Saturday morning and the lad was super helpful and sorted everything out really quickly. Top notch, we'll definitely be back!

Excellent customer service. After a hardware failure on my laptop, Colin went above and beyond to turn around the repair within 24 hours. I was able to continue my work uninterrupted, which was hugely valuable as someone who is self-employed. Thank you, Colin!

Very impressed. A friendly, approachable manor when I phoned. Clearly knowledgeable. I took the laptop in the same day and was given an ETA of next day. Yes it was ready next afternoon. Great customer service and experience and thank to the chap(?) who is now off on holiday for sorting it all out. Now my husband’s laptop is in for repair. Highly recommend this local company. Thanks Robin for pointing me in their direction.

My desktop power supply failed on Friday night, i just popped into the store with my tower on Saturday morning, there was a 750w power supply in stock and booked in, went off to do a few bits in town and was ready to collect a couple of hours later.The young guy was really helpful and was clearly passionate about what he does. Price wise they power supply was only £4 dearer than it would have been on Amazon and labour was very reasonable for the fast turnaround.Cable management was good and would highly recommend supporting this local small business.

My laptop went down with my drawing package on it. Help!!! Colin went far above and beyond to get my package back. Although my existing laptop was due for cremation, he managed to get my hard drive on another computer and working again. I will look no further in future other than Colin and disking to sort out my computer issues. A big well done Colin! You are a life saver! Also got back the photos of my dad that mean more than anything else!
