Repatch

Had a power-on issue with my A1502 mid-2014 MacBook Pro that was on its last legs. Nick and his team diagnosed and fixed my old laptop within a few days. Just bite the bullet and put your trust in them! Nick always keeps in touch with you via WhatsApp, plus the new app feature is a great bonus for overall user experience and to keep up to date with the process. Amazing service. *****

Back again after they reached out to me to make things right. Lo and behold it was a disaster again. The complete lack of organisation is painful. This isn't really a company run by people - it's a one man band with it's owner only interested in creating profit, than taking time to get organised and work more efficiently. Emails don't get responded to on time and evidently wasting people's time is a passing sport. I am incensed that after our constant to-ing and fro-ing, basic checks and bookings with relevant technicians is a last-minute thought. Perhaps being a social media influencer is the only way to get positive results. Save yourself the bother, and pay for quality instead. And from the looks of things, they're overpriced anyway. Whilst being let down by this joker, i've already managed to contact another company who have already arrived and taken my phone away, provided a temporary replacement device (of a higher specification than mine), provided insurance in case of any damage, and for my device to be returned before the end of play today! Do yourself a favour and research first before committing to this joker!

I don't write many reviews but the level of service I received at Repatch was so unbelievably shocking that it would be of disservice not to warn others. My experience with Repatch initially started off well, as Nick was very polite also responded quickly. It all went downhill once I handed over my Macbook for a battery & speaker replacements. After my laptop was returned, not only were there parts rattling around inside but the thread insert was damaged to the point that the technician" had glued the screw back to keep it in place and then covered it with a sticker in attempt to hide. A year down the line my battery now does not work off charge which questions whether a genuine battery was used. Conclusion: The technicians are far from experienced. If you are considering using Repatch

my macbook pro screen was cracked and they came today at 5.30pm and brought it back 2hours after.if it was a shop they would tell me come back tomorrow and with Repatch I didnt have to go nowhere and wait for the following day either.

Was asked to check this company out and happily did so due to the fact it was a black owned business.I was left bitterly disappointed when I was given excuse after excuse and having to reschedule twice after yet another excuse. Nevertheless, I conceded with all requests. The final crunch had to be when my phone was due to be collected, and the address I was asked to confirm was some random shopping mall. Nick then insisted this was the address I provided and proceeded to show a screenshot of a form i haven't seen before. What beggars belief is how he insisted i'd complete the booking form using an address I have never come across before - please make it make sense! Evidently there is a technical issue with the signing up process. Let's just say that this was the 4th or 5th issue to come to light since the booking process and I was seriously over it. if something as simple as a booking form can't even be right, then how can I entrust my device to someone that doesn't leave me with much confidence on efficiency?No resolution was offered at the end of this.One star provided in that Nick was courteous at all times. Sadly curtesy only takes you so far

I’ve used their service was charged for a genuine screen. My screen broke again (not their fault) I ended up going to a local shop as I needed it fixed urgently. The shop keeper showed me straight away that the screen I was sold was not a genuine screen and was a copy. If you’re selling something saying it’s genuine please be honest. Once again want to support the black businesses but when you get this service back how can you support them. By the way I’m half Jamaican so before anyone says I’m trying to be racist. Not happy at all. Nick is a guy who lies with a smile on his face. Not good at all. Very disappointed

Absolutely amazing service, they picked up the device and fixed on the same day! I would highly recommend this service to anyone especially during lockdown it's super hard to find a shop to get your device repaired.

My phone broke in this pandemic and I have no insurance, my friend recommended Repatch to me and it was honestly the most convenient thing ever, especially due to so many shops being closed. Big shout out to Nick! Thanks for your help!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING, honestly I was very sceptical at 1st but let me just say, Nick did not fail with the service. Great communication, great service from start to finish, updates on when my phone was getting fixed. very very very impressed and very happy. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
