You get what you pay for.I was told at one point I'd get help with the build - not true unless you pay. (Small caveat to that detail below).I ordered a mattress, a kitchen set, and a bedroom set.The delivery guys broke one of the handles off my door after I told him to stop pushing and that he was caught on something. Luckily I was able to repair it.The kitchen set had two fun issues and it took numerous phone calls to get any help. The leg for the table was bent inwards at one end, so the table couldn't go together - at least that is what the builder said the next day when he came. (Also apparently being told they'll call at before 10 means I needed to call at 10:30).Also the bars to support the table top makes little sense in that they aren't the same length and despite the builder finishing up what little there was to do for the table it still feels lose. At least they did that for free.The chairs that came with that set? Instructions don't match reality. I can only hope that the seats are even.One of the bedroom sets was missing the instructions (haven't built that one. I will tomorrow), but the other two.. are so warped that parts didn't fit together. Such as the back on the wardrobe not fitting correctly. The doors not lining up. Or the nightstand drawer not being flush. Maybe it's me, but given the kitchen set issues and given that I've built several of these flatpack furniture items and never had these issues or this many (at most a missing piece in the past) I'm going to go with poor quality.But over the numerous phone calls I was told, that this never happens; the furniture is forgein made and imported and sometimes it happens. Ignoring the contradiction there, getting help was nearly impossible. They are great at customer service before buying but after, as I said, it took numerous phone calls, what felt like pulling teeth, a few snippy sounding folks, and a lot of telling people the same thing over and over again. And as I said me having to call them again after they said they'd call at a certain time. Oh, and the builder they sent around, suggested things that would void any warranties.I'd never thought I'd say these words but, IKEA and it's furniture are easier to deal with.

Very good product quality, good delivery service and great price tag compared to other furniture stores such as ikea

Brought a new bed headboard and mattress from hear, grate delivery and helpful staff. But firstly we had the wrong headboard deliverd and wouldn't come and swap it that day despite ringing them straight away we had to wait another week for the head board it wasn't even late in the day and they said they had it in the shop. New one came a week later and the poor quality of the headboard was shocking, staples everywhere wood that attaches is to the bed had holes everywhere wasn't treated or sanded down and was poorly cut. Would advise if you buy a kids head or anything to check carefully as kids like to play and touch and they could get a cut or splinter

Avoid!I picked up my new mattress and unpacked, I made the bed up and got in, it because apparent quickly the smell of mold!The worst night sleep ever!They told me to take my money back as the next one would probably smell the same!I'm like what the frick!They are using recycled mattresses!

Lots of good home products. It is worth visiting and checking if something will come in handy for you at home.

I live In Milton Keynes and l went to Northampton to look for a new sofa and armchairs because nl have brought lots of different things items for our home l called at rock bottom saw a lovely two and three seater sofa set it looked great but not an armchair the staff was very helpful in asked if he could get armchairs to match he called the makers while I was there and asked if they could make two armchairs and ordered a suite to match l asked if he wanted a deposit he make sure you like them first he can always sell them the service was brilliant nothing was too much trouble and very friendly bOr

Everything for household stuffs and economical too. Staff there are very helpful
