Very friendly place, lovely staff. Offer you a coffee or tea while you wait. Good fair prices, good haircuts n listen to what you want etc. Recommend.

Won't use again, was running 2 minutes late I rang ahead and was told next person was in at 11 so a couple of minutes were fine. Got there 10.47 for a 10.45 appointment. To be told the next person was in and id have to wait 20 minutes. The elderly lady was already set up in the chair with washed hair and a coffee. Just wish they'd said to cancel as I don't find walking easy, just felt liked I'd been bumped for a regular

I went to Koo for the first time today and was very pleased with the outcome. My hairdresser that I had for nearly 20 yrs had recently retired so I was quite nervous about finding somewhere else to go. Laura did a great cut and blow dry , I will definitely be going back and next time for a perm. Well done and thank you Laura.
