Mia Elegance Nails

Don’t bother spending your hard earned money here, the manager is very rude, talks down to her staff, seems to have no experience with acrylic nails, she literally built them on my cuticles and in lumps, went back a few days later to show her the nails were lifting, shellac had peeled off on some nails, it was all-round shambolic. Luckily I met her staff who agreed and fixed them for me, the manager then tried to ambush me into paying again, which I refused to, not after paying £37 for a simple full set with no design. Never stepping foot in here again.

My BIUB last ages! This is my favourite salon, they are affordable and stock good quality products.

This place is dirty. Flies and dust everywhere. I’m sure the staff has some kind of status issue as the manager treats them with utter contempt. No customer service at and poor quality products being used as the polish bubbles and doesn’t last long. It can’t stay in business much longer offering such poor service. Really, really bad. Do not spend your money here…!!!!

Really well priced, fast and my nails always look great. If you live in Plumstead, you should 100% be going to Mia's for your nails

The workers barely speak English so difficult to communicate. The nail extensions are super thick and unbalanced so each nail looks different shape, length and thickness.During pedicure one time the guy ripped my second toe skin off whilst I was saying it's painful. They charged full price!!! So I got abused and got charged.

The Manager/Owner is an extremely rude woman with zero customer service skills.She practically ignored customers coming in and asking prices/ waiting time.I had SNS done here as I couldn't book with my usual salon who do my nails perfectly.I am going on holiday tomorrow and my nails look so thick, uneven and untidy on the edges. She re-did 2 nails and they still look awful! I'd been there over 2 hrs and had shellac on my feet too. That was messy and over the edges of my cuticles. She told me this would wash of but it hasn't.One nail on my hand hadn't dried properly and is completely ruined and feels like cement on my nail.If I had time I'd have gone elsewhere and had them done properly, I can't wait to get them redone.Biggest waste of £50.Don't go!!

This a not a good place, the staff are rude and show no attention to detail. They make mistakes and then try to blame you.They had to do my nails twice and still didn't come out right, they wanted to adjust a few for the third time at this point I was frustrated as had already been there for two hours.I was told by the owner they have recently brought a new product and maybe this is why nails didn't turn out well and appearing with bubbles. I was confused as if this is the case then I expect the team to trial new products amongst themselves first rather utilising it on paid customersI requested some money back and was informed that is not going to happen. At which point I was annoyed and cancelled another appointment I had made for the week after.

Been using this nail salon for several years now, but lately they have become quite SPITEFUL.I had an appointment booked for the morning, but my young son was unwell so I had to go back to the school to collect him- which meant I couldn’t make my appointment.I called to explain, and to rebook the appointment.‘Mia’ was very rude to me in the phone, but because of her poor English I decided to overlook this, and still went to the salon.They had me waiting for almost 2 hours only to discuss in their language (Vietnamese) that they were not going to be doing my nails.When I tried to speak to them about this they both sat with their heads down, and would not even respond to me!Totally appalling, and unprofessional, and explains why they are soon to be closing down!!!

Mia is so rude and none of the staff speak English which is so annoying. Mia cannot do nails and if she makes a mistake she blames the cumstomer and is rude in her responses to the issue. I do not recommend this shop.

I can see people moaning about the price and time but with this shop you get quality nails. The women are amazing as well. Really nice staff and do an amazing job with your hands and feet ❤️❤️❤️
