Purchased a low millage ford fiesta five month ago with the guaranteed condition. Very happy with the service provided as I found it very reliable and according to my member of family very updated with current car prices, a good value for the money I have paid.

AVOID. As numerous other reviews state, Hanworth Autos fail to honour warranty, refuse to conduct themselves in a professional manner and neglect any common sense or decency. The vehicle I purchased from here had a number of faults which led to an engine failure after a month of ownership. Hanworth Autos refused to deal with the issue and become very insulting and unprofessional. Do not purchase a car from these con artists

bought a beautiful car a month ago and fell in love with it however the gearbox mount was loose (i didnt know) and the gearbox popped out and fell onto the driveshaft splitting it in half while driving. although this is completely not my fault it almost spun the car out of control. i called up to simply explain and get advice but the person on the phone was immediately very defensive saying it has nothing to do with them and denyed everything even tho i never asked for them to pay or help just for advice despite having a 3 month warrentee. avoid at all cost, i now have to pay £500 to fix a car that is apparently covered under a fake warrentee

Myself and my girlfriend bought a car from Aaron & Sarah yesterday. We video called to see the car Wednesday, and by Friday they were delivering it to our house. Going above and beyond to make sure we were happy, offering complete transparency and honesty throughout - which I feel has been missing with most car dealerships. I brought a vehicle from this company, the day I went to pick it up the reversing camera had stopped working, they told me that they would order the part, then when it arrives they would contact me to arrange to take it back for it to be fitted, a couple of weeks went by and I heard nothing, so after several calls to the garage the owner told me to stop phoning him and that he would not repair the camera as it was to expensive for him. The owner is a a con man and not to be trusted

I am very happy to have chosen this place to buy my new car, a Citroen c4 cactus, They are exceptional, I highly recommend them, they are very helpful and helped me with all the details, including even getting new insurance for my car Thank you very much to the whole team

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Sold me a car (Jaguar I-Pace) and took my car in part exchange. I provided a walk around video of my part ex, highlighting any faults, I then drove my car 4 hours to this dealer, who again inspected my part ex and even test drove it. 5 hours later, when I was having problems with the new car, they decided they were no longer happy with my part exchange, and demanded I return it within 2 days!!Citizens Advice have confirmed the dealer is in the wrong, that he cannot demand his car back.He is now, after only 4 days since the sale (and lots of arguing and bogus claims, all documented), claiming he has cancelled all warranty on this car and when I informed him he was breaking the law and that I would be taking it further, do you know what his reply was? Good luck".This dealer could not care less about you

The staff are very friendly, and have been very kind and helpful through the whole process.We came to test drive, after looking around, we ended up test driving 2 different cars, all with very low mileages and reasonably priced.We got the 3 years old car but driving looks brand new. I just want to leave the review here to say thank you and recommend you to others.
