Inadequate care provided by staff that don’t care nor know what they should be doing or for the customer. Causing dangerous situations. Staff that can’t read English so they don’t know the medication they should be providing. The worst this is multiple cases of theft from vulnerable and elderly people.

Terrible company to work for and gives you misinformation about starting. Even the colleagues training you tell you not to work there as that’s how bad the company is.

I was absolutely enraged by the inflexibility of the company in the exceptional circumstances the Country is facing. My Wife called to see if the carer would put the washing on and change the bed sheets and was refused as she has a personal care package and not domestic and asked to contact the Council to arrange a review! Really!! This is a vulnerable woman in their care and we live 130 Miles away and cannot travel on Government instructions, at this point company's should be more flexible and could do what has been asked in the alloted time as there is very little required within the call. I am a Careworker myself and would always do my best to reassure the Service user and their Families that they have the best possible care they could receive. Very poor show!!
