My property was listed really promptly and professionally - the wording and photographs on the listing were so good it nearly sold the house back to me! The photographers talent and estate agents description of the property really helped capture the imagination and excitement of a buyer.Despite my property hitting the market at the point of interest rate increases and hesitation in the market, I very quickly accepted an offer on my property!
