Although having appraisals from 5 different estate agents we decided to go with Charlie from William H brown. We had a good feeling about Charlie he came across as professional responsive and highly motivated. Nicole was also very professional after the house was put on the market it was sold within 3 days. hopefully the path to completion will be as trouble-free and as well managed as the rest of our experience with William h brown Romford

We booked a viewing in and due to traffic we were late by 10 mins. The agents meeting us had an attitude where her ignorance superseded her arrogance.Nevertheless, we liked the property and put in a bid and after chasing the office the communication was absolutely poor. I have no idea how this company conducts its business with poor performance on every level. We would not recommend dealing with them and now have put in an offer for another property with a local company, and the attitude with them compared to William H Brown is chalk & cheese.

After eight house moves I can honestly say that the service offered is fantastic. Charlie was so professional, his marketing enabled us to have no fewer than 7 offers over the asking price. He advised us as to the buyer he thought most likely to proceed smoothly and indeed they did. The sale then went through without a hitch and communication was spot on all the way.

Hi was purchasing a property from them however the sellers solicitors were taking exceptionally long but thanks to Alex Pedro who was there first chasing them up then he handed my case over to Charlie Maynard as he moved to another branch. I was kept informed of the proceedings and also they help speed up the process.very knowledgeable team. I Would definitely use this agent again if i need to again in the future.
