Hot Water Comedy Club - Seel Street
Very snug place..staff are super friendly & welcoming. Although a million stairs to climb to get to the place. Definitely not for claustrophobics. Seats are tiny...bare this in mind if you're big (like me!) front row seats, definitely not for anyone with long legs, as you're really crammed right up to the stage! comedy was brilliant, venue was air conditioned. Would definitely go again.

We couldn't get tickets to the Beatles tribute bad at Cavern Club (which you need to book weeks in advance!) So decided to check this place out after seeing the good reviews on here - very glad we did!The acts were very funny and was laughing constantly from the start, the MC was particularly good. We had the misfortune of being seated near the front but happy to report we didn't get insulted too badly! Very fun and pretty reasonable price (especially for students).

Brilliant place with brilliant first class comedy! Been to the free comedy night and then also to see Chris Ramsey perform and both nights were great. Highly recommended!

Hot Water Comedy Club - Seel Street
I went to one of their events last night for the first time and I really enjoyed it - the acts were hilarious! They had a series of comedians performing, with a couple of breaks in between to buy some more drinks. We managed to get good seats even though there were crowds of people there. The drinks were quite extortionate, but the admission was free, so it was still pretty good value for money. I'll definitely be going again :).
