Super Nails

First time visiting this salon, I am happy with the results!! The lady was skilled and quick! love the shape of my nails. Will deffo visit again.

The do good pedicures & manicures but do not book over the phone or make them repeat the time of your booking back to you because they rush and can get it wrong as it happened to me

Loved my nails & the man who did my nails was so good and helpful! He advised with the options to cut down my cost! Will definitely go here again

*****Warning, if you're a woman of color do not go here*****I've given this nail shop at least two chances to make a difference in the way it treats 'black' customers.I have to express this as I have never seen them act this way towards their white clientele.I'd start by saying that I have been a frequent user of this salon, not by choice but, because there is little option close to where I live.The staff are nice but the manager, the female who operates next to the till really needs a lesson in customer service and needs to treat every customer the same or she'll end up losing her business.The first episode I had and have had a few times since is the manager feel that she has to consistently tell me (and very loudly) the total price of my nails before she starts and that I needed to prepay, saying this several times as if I am either deaf or perhaps incapable of paying. You are made to feel like a thief.I once questioned why she felt the need to continually do this... I was given a story of another client who ran off without paying.. (perhaps I look like her). I advised that it wasn't nice and that she should reframe from being so hostile. I was upset and ended up trying somewhere else for a year or so.I recently came back hoping that perhaps things had changed but, no, the same attitude is within the manager.I had my nails done, came back the next day as I wasn't happy with the end result. I felt that I was being rushed. Also, the nails had discolored overnight.I went back the next day to make a complaint. I was immediately met with hostility and advised that I'd had to pay £25 to redo them as it was my fault and if I felt that she was no good, I was free to go elsewhere. Wow, I thought. I was totally shocked. This is what you call customer service I told her?In the end, my nails were recoated for free (not after some battle).I was appalled and furious. The moral of the story is simple, once bit, twice shy. I will not be entering the shop again and advise others to think twice also.--

Fitted me in with no appointment, friendly as well as so fast how got my nails looking so great!New acrylics shape and length done exactly the way i wanted.I chose an unusual Shellac technique I've not even seen anywhere else before.When make my next appointment, I'll be getting there alot earlier before, as so many colours and techniques, spoilt for choice.Thank you Super Nails! :)

This nail salon is friendly for transgender people.This is the first nail salon I have ever used and I have been getting my nails done for a about 7 months at this place and the staff are really friendly.I remember on my first ever visit I was super nervous as I am not cis passing but the staff are nice people. As I was getting my nails done a customer next to me started laughing at me and the member of staff who was doing my nails confronted the customer about it which was very brave of them and helped me feel really safe.I plan to keep getting my nails done here as the staff are very skilled and there are tons of beautiful nail colour options!!If you want to avoid the crowded times, go early in the day as it seems more people come to this place towards the end of the day.

I've tried a few places on Barkingside high street that do a horrible, rushed job and don't really listen to what you want. Amy from Super Nails was incredible! Not only was she lovely, but she took her time and at each stage asked me if everything looked okay before progressing. I think I just found my new regular nail shop!!
