Shocking and dismal. Told to pay a deposit to confirm appointment to have patch test for iIPL. Decided not to go with them as they are extremely expensive. Deposit not refunded as per voice mail because they have doctors on sight which makes them above the rest I guess but clearly doesn't help me.

Great location and free parking nearby. My first visit I was pleased to say was all I had hoped for. I have been a client for 7 years. Rachel always listens and advises and takes her time to get my treatment absolutely perfect a master with a needle. All staff at the clinic are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The awards and testimonials to Rachel and her clinic are evidence of dedication and excellence and the highest standard of safety.

I cannot recommend Rachel goddards enough, they provide an informative, professional & clinically clean service, I was made to feel welcome from the minute I stepped through the door, I felt extremely reassured knowing that the staff are from medically trained backgrounds and Rachel herself trains fellow medical practitioners to carry out aesthetic treatments they really do know what they are talking about.A consultation is a must and the procedure your having is explained & the realistic outcomes to expect. On consultation a patch test & fee is explained which I found to be reasonable and expected. I recommend Rachel to my own clients if they ever ask about aesthetic salons locally, I do this knowing my own clients will be in safe hands and I’m confident they will receive just as good a service as myself.
