I note that a post I supplied has been removed so will post again. Roller door advised by Kevin to replace motor and booked For two weeks later, never arrived, on phoning several times was told delayed and would fit following Friday, took day off work he never should up, another two times was booked in and never arrived although he knew urgent as car had to have MOT and could not get out of garage. At no time did he apologise so has cost me two days lost work so DO not use this man, finally I think negative reviews are removed from this site

Managed to dislodge our garage door from its very old and worn roller mechanism. This resulted in being unable access the garage. We called Kevin and he squeezed us onto the end of his fully booked day. He replaced the rollers and mechanism. The door now works really well. Excellent, friendly and local service at a reasonable cost. Thank you Kevin. We are very grateful

Had a new sectional garage door fitted today 30/1/2019 no mess no fuss & on time . £600 cheaper for the exact same door from a well known local company , very very pleased with my new garage door . Thanks AVENUE GARAGE DOORS for a job well done .

Garage door lock broke at 2pm and I was going away that Friday afternoon. Phoned Kevin in a panic and within 30 mins he was there are replaced the broken lock there and then.Having had locks replaced in the past by other specialists" often came with exorbitant costs

So helpful - came out on a Saturday evening the minute I called him to disconnect and shut my garage door which had seized open (just when the weather was at its worst!) He came back Monday and fixed it properly and charged me a very reasonable amount that was less than I would have expected a call-out charge on it own to be. Thank you, very much appreciated.

Kevin and Neil have turned an old almost unusable garage door fitted to an awkward sectional concrete garage into a smooth running remote control actuated door for less than 50% of the cost of a replacement door. Well done and many thanks.

Kept saying he was going to turn up and then wouldn't arrive. Finally turned up said he could do the job booked a date in, didn't turn up, chased again booked in another date promised to attend and on the day called to confirm attendance to be told had a bigger, better job else where so went to that job and would be with me the next day! Told him not to bother.

Do not hire this company. We hired them and the job was never finished in August the doors and door opener was installed. We have extension cords running to an outlet and was informed they would come back and fix this and then we would receive the code punch box to get in the garage. After several times of calling was told would come back On A Tuesday in September. My husband took the day off. No call no show. We tried for over a week and Lenny never returned the call. It is nowOctober we need to hire someone’s else to finish the job. We also have to purchase a punch code box which comes with the garage door openers. Told work was guaranteed. What a joke how is it guaranteed if Lenny never returns your call. We shopped around with many companies and chose this company. I say go with someone else to anyone thinking of hiring them.
