Storm Tuning - TD5 Tuning Specialists

I have been in contact with Dan for a long time now for a tuning of my Land Rover defender td5. I wrote with him about mails for the (stage 2) tuning. But when I started asking several questions to really be sure about tuning whether I have to change other parts on the engine (cooler, turbo, etc.), he began to avoid my questions. I only got a sporadically answer to my questions and half was not even answered. When I asked him that I will do a performance measurement before and after tuning and that of course I hope for the performance written out. I didn't get an answer anymore. I was completely ignored. And he didn't reply to any of the other emails. I also tried to reach him by phone. But after a few attempts, he blocked my number and I haven't received an answer for 3 weeks. Find this action really weak. This is not a tuner for me and only for information you have to make some changes to the engine. Unfortunately, I can't recommend

Absolutely amazing totally transformed my D2 would recommend highly to everybody

After a stage one map from another company, I took advice from all the positive feedback about Storm Tuning and got in touch with Daniel Matthews for a stage 2 map.Not all plain sailing as my Discovery seemed to be having issues with accepting the map, however Daniel persevered and eventually traced the issue to a faulty sensor with no extra cost!The difference in power and performance has exceeded my expectations.Couldn't be happier.Highly recommend.Thank you Storm Tuning.

After a hundred miles trip from Liverpool to storm including 2 accident closed roads, 4 other crashes, a broken down car, roadworks and a puncture on the M60 I finally got to storm to have my D2 mappedFrom the offset the service was courteous and professional. A few checks and some logging and everything was sorted to out the map on (for once the car was running well with everything in spec) the process began to go from landrover to fire breathing behemoth.Ok maybe not fire breathing, but in plugged the nanocom and on went the stage 2. Immediately (even tho I wasn't driving) the once lethargic landrover was a completely different monster.All completed, checked, turbo adjusted and rechecked it was time for the drive home. 100 miles of pain and cones to Liverpool was an absolute delight. The car was now effortless on the motorway, and spritely on smaller roads. Pulling away had once been a rather slow affair and I was shocked at just how quickly the 2.8tonne beast now piled on speed.Power delivery was silky smooth, throughout the rev range and it just didn't stop pulling (especially if I avoided the kickdown as had been suggested).crusing was now a dream and overtaking an absolute breeze. 60 to 70 under reasonably heavy acceleration didn't even unlock the torque converter and i found myself having to keep an eye on my speed as accwlrration, once seemed laboured and difficult, was now prompt and more than sufficient.As a bonus on the trip unused about 10% less fuel than on the way up, which I no doubt converted to noise and a childish grin at every traffic light in the city but hey ho.I can't explain how much this has transformed the vehicle. It is what the engine should have been for the factory and I would completely recommend this to anyone with a D2 td5Well worth the price.Thank you massively.Mike.
