I have been joining Priya's 'Yoga for Sleep' classes on Wednesdays and it's quickly becoming my favourite evening of the week! During this tricky time, it's so lovely to have something to look forward to joining each week. Through gentle movement and breathing techniques, Priya creates the most relaxing sessions and teaches you techniques you can turn to in every day life. I struggle a lot with my sleep but these sessions make a huge difference and I find I sleep really well afterwards. Priya is so welcoming and a wonderful teacher, her classes are a joy to be part of.

After almost of year of watching the telly for entertainment in the evenings, it's so refreshing for me to have a yoga class to look forward to. What is special about Priya's Yoga for sleep is that we first gently move through the tensions built up in your body from the day but the main aim of the session is to relax and develop breathing techniques that you can turn to anytime you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious. The focus on the breath is teaching me to be in the moment and to let go of the list of chores and jobs that swirl around in my head all day. Priya guides us through and I find myself in a state of deep relaxation that I have previously struggled to achieve. After the session I sleep so deeply that I am almost surprised by it the next morning. I don't think that I have slept like that since I was a teenager when I had no responsibilities or worries!After the Christmas period I was feeling aware of the bad habits that I was forming and how I was using lockdown as my justification for them. I had an increasing sense of demotivation and was anxious that I wasn't using all this time that I had on my hands well. Priya's yoga classes mean that I have actively done something to improve my well-being because I am learning new things to help in many aspects of my life. When I sleep well, I am so much more able to deal with whatever the day throws at me.

Priya Yoga has made a massive difference to my whole wellbeing. I started Yoga very late in life and although it has taken time, Priya Yoga has certainly turned me around ...For the better!Priya is a really excellent teacher, she is kind and considerate, her wonderful voice is relaxing yet very encouraging, she will adjust an exercise to suit your requirements. Her classes are small friendly and fun.I recommend Priya Yoga to any age group ...You will enjoy her class.5 out of 5 from me.Kim

The yoga session by Priya was a lovely experience. The walk outside connecting with the natural elements set the tone for quite an intensive workout. Clear instructions and good demonstration by Priya .The healthy breakfast based on Ayurvedic recipes was tasty and light.Deepa shared as much information about the body types in the time available and it was interesting. I wish there had been time to review the questionnaire filled.All in all , a good combination and a good start for more such ventures ,one hopes.

I have been doing yoga with Priya for the last two years and thoroughly enjoy her classes. Only from Priya's classes I got a solid understanding of yoga and the benefits of each posters. She is very kind, understanding and compassionate and helps everyone with correcting posses, pushing individual limits and with her breathing techniques helps aligning the body with the mind.I am truly thankful to her pregnancy yoga classes which I attended in the last 6 months. Her practice helped me better manage the aches and pains and plethora of problems pregnancy had to offer. My sleep improved greatly and I was more active throughout the pregnancy. Her breathing techniques helped me immensely during labor and it is the main reason for a positive and a rewarding birth experience.Priya's classes are very well structured and very enjoyable. After every class I feel refreshed, rejuvenated and utterly grateful.

I have been practicing yoga with Priya to help with lower back problems and general flexibility for about a year now and she has been brilliant. My back no longer causes me trouble and I feel fitter all round. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend Priya.From the moment I arrived she seemed very abrupt(not easy to talk to)I felt quite uncomfortable and sitting on the floor with my condition (arachnoiditis) just added to it!We wasn’t off to a good start, but I am open minded and wanted to give it a go!I’d told Priya previously I had been very ill and hadn’t done any exercises and wanted to take it very slow, I was anxious as to what exercises I should and shouldn’t be doing. I had a one to one but to be honest it wasn’t tailored as Priya had no clue around arachnoiditis which I completely understand as it’s a very rare condition, but unfortunately she wasn’t willing to find out. At one point she stated I’m not a doctor.The class was way to much, I felt ok after the session but the next day I had so much pain in my shoulder & this was my good shoulder.Priya emailed me a few days later asking if I wanted to pay for the bulk 6 sessions, I asked if she wouldn’t mind looking into my condition abit moreso we knew what stretches I should and shouldn’t be doing, as I explained this is very important, I didn’t want to worsen my injury. Priya didn’t respond, I have been through a lot the past 2 years and honestly thought that was so unprofessional of her. If you want someone who is more open minded and caring please look elsewhere.

It’s been wonderful being able to join Priya’s live online classes from Spain and knowing that I can continue my yoga practice anywhere. The routines are always varied and feedback helpful. Thank you Priya!

Priya is an excellent yoga teacher who takes great interest in her clients, with a good mix of mindful breathing and gentle progression through the various asanas in her small group classes. I believe I have made good progress in my overall sense of well being since practicing yoga with Priya.
